What is a cycle?
A cycle is the time period during which you are using a Juiced Upp product. This is known as an ‘ON’ cycle. When you are not taking any products, this is known as an ‘OFF’ cycle.
Juiced Upp products are designed to last different cycles.
For optimum results try 2 Cycles to make the best progress possible.

This would qualify as 2 cycles but we do suggest you take 1 week rest after 2 cycles!

WHAT IS A STACK?
Stacks are a combination of different Juiced Upp products used during an ‘ON’ cycle. We recommend TWO cycles of one of our Stacks (8 weeks).
The ‘ON’ cycle is the period in which you follow a certain program consistently – usually lasting 4, 8 or 12 weeks.
We recommend 8 week cycles for best results – and the cycle goes perfectly well with one of our premium Juiced Upp stacks.
